Account details: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Orders and payments: what you order, your invoices, and the payment result EPS sends us (for example the EPS transaction ID and the payment method). We never see or store your full card or wallet details.
Support: the messages and files you send us in support tickets or the contact form.
Usage data: your IP address, browser, the pages you visit and the date and time, used for security and to keep the site working.

2. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in, keep your cart and protect forms. If you accept them, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

3. How we use your data

to set up and run your hosting and other services, and to send you invoices and service emails;

EPS (Easy Payment System, Bangladesh): takes your payment. It receives the details needed to process it, such as your name, email, phone and the amount.

We keep your account data while your account is open. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as the law requires, usually at least 7 years. Security logs are kept for a shorter time, as set in our system.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-step login and limited staff access. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
