Terms of Service

bluefy.net is owned and operated by BlueFy LLC, a limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our"). BlueFy LLC and JB Enterprise (registered in Mymensingh, Bangladesh) are owned by the same person.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit bluefy.net, create an account, or buy hosting, domains or other services from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. Your account

• You must give true and complete details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• We may check new accounts before they can order, and we may refuse or close an account that breaks these Terms.

2. Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars on each plan or service page before you order.
• An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout. It starts once its invoice is paid.
• Hosting plans renew every month or year. We email an invoice before each renewal and you pay it yourself. We never charge a card automatically.

3. Payments

You pay invoices online through EPS (Easy Payment System, Bangladesh) by card, mobile banking or internet banking, or by any other way shown on the invoice. EPS charges in Bangladeshi taka: when an invoice is in US dollars, the taka amount and the rate used are shown before you pay. Your bank or wallet may add its own fees.

4. Hosting

• Your hosting account is set up after payment. You get the login details by email and can open cPanel from your account.
• You are responsible for the content you host and for keeping your own copies of it. Our weekly backups are a courtesy and are not a guarantee.
• You must not use our servers for anything illegal, for spam, phishing or malware, for attacks on other systems, or in a way that harms the server or other customers. We may suspend a service at once to stop harm.
• DMCA Ignored hosting does not allow content that is illegal where the server is located, and the rest of these Terms still apply.

5. Renewals, suspension and ending a service

If a renewal invoice is not paid, the service is suspended a few days after its due date and ended later if it is still unpaid. Paying the invoice brings a suspended service back. Once a service has ended, its files may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Domains

Domain registrations and transfers are made with the registry in your name and follow the registry's own rules. Domain fees are paid to the registry and are not refundable once the domain is registered or transferred.

7. Account credit

Overpayments, cancelled orders and some refunds may be added to your account as credit. Credit is used on your future invoices.

8. Our liability

We work hard to keep every service online, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the last three months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the date shown on this page. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in your account.
